SERTYR
SERKUN - VARIANT
Over the years, as more Sertyr chose to depend on flight, their legs changed to fit their new needs. Now, this new breed of Sertyr has been discovered, living in the skies and water. Unlike regular sertyrs, they’re “friendly” and highly sociable. They don’t shy away from interacting with other races and are known to build a city full of Serkuns(Sertyr’s welcomed). These cities can be found on floating islands, though this doesn’t sit well with other high dwelling species and may lead to conflict. As the ref says, they tend to kidnap anyone they’ve taken a fancy to, either a new friend, a crush or “adopting” a child. Reproduction is also the same as regular Sertyr’s, the fruit is grown on the flowers of the tail and follows the same logic. Though they are social, they are rarely seen in cities from other species, preferring to just act as tourists.
“Mermaid Tail Trait”: For this variant, Serkuns have a fish shaped tail covered in snake scale, the tips of their tail is covered in flowers and 10 fin-like pixie wings are attached to the tail(see ref for positioning of the wings). If the tail is transparent, the inside has a fish bone like structure and has flowers growing on the bones. The inside of the tail also has a combination of antidote and poisonous liquid. While unrelated to the tail, their hands are also covered in scales, from elbow to their fingertips.
Common: Whole tail is covered in scales
Rare: Tail is partially covered with scales and some part is transparent and shows the inside(see ref). The scaled parts can be anywhere as long as the waist part is covered.
Legendary: The tail is mostly transparent and not much scales are on it. The inside of the tail is highly visible.
Clear Bones trait: If you have this trait, you can combine it with the mermaid tail to make the tail completely bones(fish bone style). These bones are clear and each section has poison or antidote in it, the base(from waist) and tips of the tail has flowers growing on it. The pixie wings are also still attached.
Other Traits?: Other traits from regular sertyrs is applicable to the Serkun except for the chimera and tail(exception for clear bones) traits.
